Shuffle Ball Change

Zoe is in dance class.  It's a tap/ballet combo.  She loves to tap dance, which makes me smile because tap dancing is one of my favorite things to do.  The ballet is a bit harder because of her slight cerebral palsy.  Normally you wouldn't ever know Zoe had any challenges.  Unless you knew we spent many months of her life in physical therapy, I still don't think you'd be able to tell.  All the tip-toeing and stretching that is included in ballet is hard for her.  It's great that she does it, but not something that I think will interest her long-term.

The tap dancing?  That's her bread and butter.  She loves to work on her shuffles and her top tapping.  I find she does it while we stand in line at the grocery store.

This week, we got her outfit.

She's definitely a show-stopper!

Ok, so that's the cutest outfit ever!!! I've seen other kids practicing dance steps in line at stores....maybe they're all just practicing for their big performances!
